Before You Request Deletion
Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal data from the Hot Rods & Handguns member app. Please review what happens when you submit a deletion request:
Data that will be deleted
Your profile, display name, contact information, notification preferences, reservation history, event bookings, loyalty points, and any uploaded photos or files.
Data that may be retained
Records required for legal or financial compliance (such as signed liability waivers and payment transaction records) may be retained for up to 7 years per applicable law.
Processing time
Your request will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.
How to request deletion
Complete the form below with the email address associated with your account. Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion.
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your membership access, reservations, and all associated data cannot be recovered. If you wish to rejoin, you will need to re-register as a new member.
